To draw the double line, first you need to use the mouse to open the Draw menu and then open the Line sub menu. After that, click the Double command.

Next, you need to place the insertion point to where you want to draw in the page.

Then use the mouse to specify the start point. Just drag and draw the mouse. Later, specify the end point that you want to continue the line and go back to step 1. If you want to finish the drawing go to next step. Finally, press the Esc key to finish the drawing.
